Returns.

Due to there nature of our products they cannot be returned to us unless damaged or faulty due to hygiene reasons.

Damages and concerns.

When your Blush Box parcel arrives with you, please take the time to check your items and get in contact with us immediately if any of the products are damaged or if your order is incorrect.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer any exchanges.

Refunds

Once we have received your parcel we will notify you that it has reached us, we will then look into any issues or concerns and let you know if your item can be refunded.

Please note any refunds will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to ship outside of the UK
